Terms of Service

Welcome to PilStiMxux Video Projects. These terms govern your use of our website, the submission of project inquiries, and any subsequent filming services agreed upon. These terms constitute an agreement between you and LUCKYPRIME TRACON PVT LTD, our corporate parent company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

1. Nature of Our Services

PilStiMxux offers B2C video filming, clean audio recording, and basic editorial assembly (including memoirs, podcast cuts, online classes, and product representation) directly within Canada. We do not offer complex marketing consultations, viral campaign guarantees, or specialized commercial licensing unless outlined by separate written contract.

2. User Inquiries & Booking

Filling out our online form does not obligate you to purchase services, nor does it guarantee we will book your project. All specific filming agreements, shoot dates, deliverables, and customized deposit structures are finalized separately through formal written agreement.

3. Canadian Provincial Cooling-Off Protections

We respect local Canadian consumer rights. If you sign a personal service contract with us for filming, you retain a 10-day cooling-off cancelation period (in accordance with provincial consumer safety acts). During this time, you can cancel your booking for a complete refund, minus any direct, non-recoverable preparation costs we have already incurred on your behalf with your prior written consent.

4. Client Material & Intellectual Property Rights

You guarantee that you own or have permission for any physical items, graphics, music, or scripts you supply us with during recording. Once your final project is edited and the final invoice is paid, all intellectual property rights to the completed video transfer to you completely.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we exert our best creative efforts to ensure clean, high-quality audio and video, we are not liable for any missed view counts, online course enrollment rates, marketplace sales declines, or unexpected technical formatting issues on external web hosts.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any related contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India, where our corporate parent company LUCKYPRIME TRACON PVT LTD is registered. Any actions must be initiated under that jurisdiction. We nevertheless pledge to respect and comply with all applicable local consumer protection laws and provincial safety rules in Canada where the physical services are completed.
